Jillian Rae Ludwig, my beloved niece, was a talented and kind young woman whose passion for music and community touched countless lives. Tragically, at just 18, she passed away on November 8, 2023, after being struck by a stray bullet while jogging near her college campus in Nashville, TN. She is deeply missed by all who knew her.
 
To honor her memory and continue her spirit of giving, her parents started the Rae of Light Foundation. The foundation supports causes Jillian cared about, particularly in the arts and music communities, helping to uplift and inspire others in her name. 100% of the proceeds from the tshirt sales will be donated to Jillian's Foundation.
 
Tee shirts featuring artwork I designed were created for Rae of Light’s first benefit concert, held on Jillian’s 19th birthday in Asbury Park. The design on the front shows an image of Jillian playing her bass guitar, surrounded by angel wings, while she stands in a bed of her favorite flowers. On the back of the shirt is a Spotify scan code that, when scanned, takes you directly to her song, How Long, allowing her memory and her music to stay with you.
